I called this morning as a new client for my new puppy and spoke to a woman named Jennifer, she was incredibly rude for no reason. She refused to let me speak to her manager as well.
The staff is friendly. The techs are great. Dr. Scott, and the other doctors, will give honest advice and won’t try to add unnecessary services like some corporate owned vet hospitals.
Absolutely love Gilbert Vet. We’ve had 4 Boxers and all have had cancer. They are so compassionate and caring. Dr Scott is amazing and so knowledgeable and explains everything so well. We love her and the rest of the staff.

I am so glad I made the decision to move the care of my 3 dogs over to Gilbert Vet Hospital. The staff are wonderful. Today I had to bring Cali in due to an injury. The staff were able to get us in quickly. Dr Scott was amazing. Thank you!!!

Absolutely LOVE this place and I would never go elsewhere... They really do love and care about all their patients and call my doggy by name! Dr Balke is our go-to, but I have never heard bad about any other Dr there either!
