They care more about money than your kids - AVOID I am LDS and Gilbert Peds came highly recommended from the ward members, specifically Dr. Auxier. While I found him to be a competent doctor, our personalities did not click. I didn't appreciate him lecturing me and the fact that he told me what to do instead of offering suggestions. Plus he spoke about the church a lot which I found to be inappropriate in that setting (he didn't know I was LDS).
Dr. Carroll is the BEST!!! I love Gilbert Pediatrics! I esp love Dr. Carroll and Melanie! I have been seeing them for 2 1/2 years now and they are great with both of my children. Dr. Carroll takes his time with you and keeps asking you if you have any questions or concerns and as a first time mother with my son that made me feel so much better. Dr's are in such a hurry to get you out and onto the other but not him. They have an after hours care and that is great because they have my kid's records there and know the history. ... read more
LR I don't reccomend Dr. Auxier, but I absolutely love Dr. Carrol. Dr Auxier treated my kids for four years and we switched after we found out that our son was delayed becuase of problems hearing. I had been concerned about him missing his milestones during the first 12 months, but Dr. Auxier always blew me off like I was a hypochondriac. At my son's one year appointment my husband insisted that something wasn't right and was more stern than I had been in the past. Love It! I love Gilbert Peds! Yes somedays you have to wait, but what doctor's office don't you have to. Dr. Carroll is the best dr! We just love him, he shows real concern in your kids and really listens to you. It is nice ot have a dr like that. We have never had a complaint about this office, every Dr we have seen has been wonderful and so are the nurses who work there.
Amazing company, amazing doctors Many complaints on here are for ridiculous things. You've got to be kidding me if you think that any doctor who is booked for their whole day can squeeze in other patients in between. That is what urgent care and the er were designed for. Also, if you are courteous and cancel your appt, you dont get a no show fee! To the person who was upset that they didnt squeeze your child in on their lunch break. Cant even doctors have a break? DR. Auxier is my choice Everyone has a different style of doctors that they prefer- all the doctors are great- but also very different- I have seen all of them and prefer Dr. Auxier- he fits with my style and I feel most comfortable with him- You just have to see for yourself...but just don't take one persons good or bad experience and make a judgement- they see hundreds of kids each week remember!

I couldn't help posting a response on here after reading all the comments...First of all...many of you need to realize that the misc charges mostly have to do with YOUR insurance. In many cases doctors get ripped off by our insurance companies are oftentimes not reimbursed for needed procedures that are done. This is a large practice and they seem to try do the best to accomodate the rapidly, growing community. best pediatricians ever! I am so impressed with Gilbert Pediatrics that I drive from Casa Grande to take my kids there. I am very impressed with all of the doctors there. Dr. Jones is our favorite and I feel he goes out of his way to help us out. The staff is always really friendly and I have not had a problem with getting credits on my account after my insurance company has paid for flu shots.
A great practice I'm honestly surprised about the bad reviews on here, though most do not seem to have much merit. We have been seeing Dr. Jones for the past few years, and he is wonderful. My 2-year-old daughter adores him and he is extremely thorough. We always book appt's for first thing in the morning or after lunch to avoid having to wait.
