RecommendedI recently purchased a 2018 Ford Focus. I chose Gilbert and Baugh because they searched the market for exactly what I wanted. They didn't try a hard sale because I was a woman. The sales team was very nice and provided great service! Kyle did a fine job helping me find the kind of truck that I was looking for, and Jim made financing simple. In addition, Randy Baugh met me in finance to check on my satisfaction. The shopping experience at Gilbert and Baugh was great! Besides the friendly faces and great service, they have competitive pricing! You probably wont meet people any more nice than the Gilbert and Baugh staff.
They are great, just purchased a Ford Focus Titanium and they were great to put up with me, lol
Great used car experience. Ken was prompt, polite, and absolutely genuine. There was no pressure or typical sales style here. The amount of effort from them on the customer is not lost. They had the most pictures of any vehicle we looked at on their web site and the incredible patience and help from Jim in finance to ensure we got the best service possible was second to none. When the staff have obvious enjoyment of their job on a Saturday it says something. Will shop here first from now on.

Our experience at this dealership was awesome! This was the first time we have ever had the owner of a dealership come out and talk to us. The overall experience was great and we are very satisfied with our focus. Great customer service and we highly recommend them.
I would recommend Gilbert & Baugh if your interested in buying from someone honest & straight to the point without hassling you, this is the second vehicle me & my Family has purchased from them in the last seven month's. We shopped other places & they have the best price's ,service & salesman around. Will probably be back in the near future to purchase another Ford for another Family member. Highly recommend!!!!!!
