At a most difficult time in Rusty's life the staff was very professional and compassionate. My heartfelt thanks to all the staff.
The triage is very good. They're very caring and personable. The wait can be lengthy as they see quite a bit of traffic at night but we're always impressed with the care/service
Awesome experience. Of course it was Sunday and my vet was closed. I was impressed by the triage and so impressed with the emergency vets. Wow. Great place if you have emergency. Thanks to all.
The vet and tech was very friendly & took time to explain everything throughly during the emergency. We really appreciated their kindness during a stressful time. Will defintely always chose to come here if ever needed again! Thank you for all you do!!
Excellent and caring staff. I took my pug in who had lost functionality of her back legs and bladder. I took her in expecting the worst and a best case scenario of paralysis. They took her right in, walked me through every step and gave me financial options. The front office were upbeat and talked with patients on a personal level. Everyone referred to me as her mom, showing compassion from arrival to checkout.
Great staff! Quick and efficient. I paid less for the visit than my own co-pay to be seen in the ER. Dr. Beckley stayed and answered all of our questions, and was the only one who could get our pup to relax so she could look at him. Wish she was primary so we could take him to her more often!
