I've been a member since 2007, I think. I love the classes they offer. Plus, they recently bought new spin bikes and equipment for weight training classes.
Where do I begin, I absolutely love this place. best staff of any gym of all time. No free coffee in lobby because I’m always stealing it before anybody can get to it. Full disclosure: I am on the nonstop train to gainzville and Gigis is my place to make it happen. So stoked to have this downtown lake Charles.
