I am confused about your pricing scheme. There is a sign in the showcase stating "buy 5 get one free". The individual price is $3.50 and the price for a half dozen is $17.50. I purchased a dozen. It would seem logical that the maximum price for a dozen would be the price of two half dozen. Not true - a dozen is $39.00. I tried to purchase two half dozen for $35.00 but was told the special offer was one per customer - the sign does not state it and the clerk could produce no documentation substantiating this. David. I am very sorry for the communication. The offer is one, buy 5, get 1 free per person. When you purchase a dozen (in the dozen box) it is $39, so you end up getting one free. Please come back and have one free cupcake on us. Just show this response to the customer service representative. Again, I apologize for the confusion.
