I have never personally been to this gigi's before. This review is based on the lack of customer service i recieved these past 2 weeks from the store manager. I contacted this store the 1st time on Sept 18th looking for a quote for my sister's upcoming wedding. It took the store manager a week to return my email which did not include prices of the product desired. I want to like this location. But, the customer service is the worst. The cashier act like I'm disturbing them. After going through bad attitudes the cupcakes are very dry. I went yesterday and walked out with out a purchase because of the attitude.

I've had several GiGi's from other locations and they have been pretty amazing but these weren't. . The cakes were dry and bland and the icing was just sweet. . I was so excited to get my hands on these. . I got a few keto ones but haven't tried them yet but not expecting much now since we all being 3 people other than myself didn't like ours.. The chick that waited on us was really nice and the place was clean tho!
