My family picked up some cupcakes yesterday (10/19/18). We were very disappointed in their appearance. Every other time we have purchased cupcakes they all look very uniform and pretty. The ones we got looked like time was not taken to make sure the cupcakes looked as good as they would taste. Presentation is just as important as taste. The pumpkin spice latte cupcakes we got did not even have straws in the icing. Online they show straws. Unfortunately, we were gathering samples of three local top cupcake vendors for a future bride to taste for her big day and they didnt make the trip. A little icing on the bottoms help hold them in place. This was the celebration box $20:( It was a disappointment, we had heard great things but if they cannot travel we cannot use them.

I want to love them so bad but they are super dry. They have amazing flavors and the potential to be great but I’ve never had a cupcake that wasn’t bone dry. Also, they aren’t very friendly.
RecommendedBest cupcakes and cheesecakes ever! This was my first time trying the turtle cheescake! Perfection! Still need to try the triple chocolate torte. Love this place! Super nice folks too. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend! 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent customer service and the cupcakes look very pretty—such a nice variety. I recommend bringing a cooler with ice packs on hot days for transporting back home to prevent the buttercream from sliding off the cupcakes.
