The taste was delicious, but there was a bit to much icing for the cupcake. It felt (and tasted) overloaded. But overall service and the cupcake itself was great!
The cupcakes themselves weren't bad. It was the service that was less than satisfactory. I had a coupon that I presented to the very nice young lady that took my order. It was Gigi herself who was rude. Without ever making eye contact with me she picked up the coupon and rudely said "where is this from". My reply was " a coupon book". I agree that some of their cake flavors are consistently dry. And that sometimes the staff isn't super friendly. But I've never been treated poorly. I consider myself a sweets connoisseur so I've eaten a lot of cupcakes on my day. Their strawberry, Oreo and Pumpkin spice cupcakes are the best (and most moist) in my opinion. I enjoyed my Butterscotch Maple Bacon cupcake, it was a real filler. Warning: Their cupcakes have LOTS of icing - I had to scrape some off a little, but the flavor was awesome!
Tried the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough cupcake today! It was fresh and delicious. The owner was very friendly and I can't wait to go back!
Cupcakes are dry! Employees are not very friendly. Tried this place several times over a year to give it a chance but nothing was different.
