Me a my fence came in to try it out and the display case was empty with only 2 or 3 flavor that we both did not like so there for we could not try anything, sucks I really wanted to try some
Really disappointed with my first trip to Gigi's. Took my boys for a treat for the first day of school. Arrived at 6:15 and was informed that what was currently in the display case was all that was left, very few options. My boys picked a flavor they probably wouldn't normally pick. Within 5 minutes a whole new tray of various flavors was brought out. I asked about this and was told sorry. I ended up throwing away half of two cupcakes..... Hoped for better customer service.

Angela we apologize that your first experience was not up to par. That's not how we want any experience to be and we want to make it up to you and your boys. Because we bake fresh every morning, we do tend to sell out of some flavors as it gets near to the end of the day. But we can always box some up ahead of time to make sure that you get the flavors that you're looking for. But in the meantime we do want to get you some flavors that you and your boys would love. So please PM us and we'll get the details all worked out!
I had never had gigi's before and decided to wing it and place an order for cupcakes and a cake for my sons 1st birthday. Everything was AMAZING! The taste was great and the customer service couldn't have been better. It definitely made my 40 minute drive to pick it up all worth it!

Vegan cupcakes tasted fantastic but 2 days ahead stinks. Wonder if they could be kept frozen for people like me who procrastinate like crazy.

Jenny - we're so glad that you enjoyed our Vegan cupcakes! We do ask for at least 24 hours notice that we make sure we have the ingredients needed to make them. We never freeze our cupcakes so that 24 hours also makes certain that they're fresh when you need them! :)
We went to buy Cupcakes for a Birthday. The person behind the counter was very nice and helpful. The Cupcakes were delicious. Can't wait to go back, hoping they have Carrot Cake Cupcakes the next time
