RecommendedDefinitely would recommend Gigi's cupcakes! The customer service is excellent! The lady behind the counter is so friendly and does an excellent job. My daughter and I stopped by there today to get some cupcakes and the lady behind the counter gave my daughter a free mini cupcake of her choice because my daughter brought her brand new backpack in we had just bought her for school.The lady loved her new backpack. We took my 3 year old on her birthday 2 weeks ago and my 5 year old on her birthday yesterday to pick out their bday cupcakes. I CANNOT say enough great things about the woman who helped us, Ha (not sure if I'm spelling that right). She was downright joyful, gave my girls a free mini cupcake complete with a candle and even sang happy birthday to them. My daughters felt so special because of her kindness. Honor 2019 Entertainment Book Gigi's discount coupons. I went there a couple weeks ago and ordered 3 cupcakes and gave the girl the coupon. She said they don't accept the Entertainment coupons any longer. I left and didn't buy the cupcakes. Have called and left 2 messages at the store for manager or owner, left message on voice mail from corporate office and sent 2 online messages and NO response from anyone at Gigi's. My family and I were here today and the girl behind the counter (Ha) smiled and was super friendly as soon as we walked in. She teased my friend for not getting a cupcake (in a fun way.. Making everyone laugh). Her personality was infectious... Happy, smiles, and very personable. Making the trip in lots of fun. This is the second trip that we have been in and she's waited on us.. My son & I stopped in for a treat after getting his haircut. The very kind lady working today was extremely helpful and welcoming to us, giving him high fives & fist pumps for a job welcome done getting his haircut. She made our experience so great in store. Thank you 😊
I ordered cupcakes for my wedding so a pretty big and expensive order, and I called to see if they were on the way and was told they would call back in a few minutes. It took 20 minutes to get a hold of them again and they had lost my order and said they would bring what they had. So I didn't have a cake to cut or even half of the cupcakes I was supposed to have. I will never buy from them again.
Had paid to have a large custom order of cookies made for my wife’s baby shower. Her shower was on Sunday, the order was to be picked up on Saturday ( the day before her party). Get there to pick them up on Saturday, and the manager says “ sorry we didn’t do the order”.... no explanation as to why our order wasn’t done, just shrugged his shoulders like he was clueless.
