I had an appointment for my son at 10 am when the store opens. No one showed up to open the store. I didn't even get a phone call afterwards to apologize or try to rectify the situation. Just completely ignored.
We took our son Charlie for his first haircut and couldn't have had a better experience. Everyone was great.
Rude staff. Made an appointment only to find out they moved. Called and asked about it, the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and acted as if I should have known their business moved. Unprofessional
I thoroughly enjoyed our first experience there! Stephanie was amazing and extremely helpful! We will definitely come back!
We had the first hair cut package and loved it! Aimee was so good with my son and did a great job!
