We booked a birthday for my 4year old step daughter, who was so excited to be pampered. We had to cancel the party due to snowy, icy weather. We couldn’t reschedule because we didn’t want to push her party off for two more weeks, the next time we would have them. We tried to apply the $50 deposit towards a spa service just her her but I was told that could happen! Not happy at all! I’ll definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone.
Brought my lil guy in for his first haircut and had a great experience staff very friendly love the bright colorful kid friendly enviroment they even had little cars to sit in during cut and movies in front of each station to keep kids attention and kid friendly fun music playing great experience definetly will go back
My son was the best he has ever been getting his haircut. PlusStephanie was amazing with him. She was so sweet to him. She is thefirst person to ever cut his hair perfect for us. He enjoyed theexperience. Not to mention he was in love with the fire truck and themovie he watched. Can’t wait to take him back.
Had a few issues the first visit but we went back and they were resolved and we couldnt be happier!! I didnt catch the girls name that helped us but she was so sweet and helpful!
Awesome staff - they are amazing with my kids and do excellent jobs on their hair - my kids love coming
