Vinny seems to be a likeable and trustworthy person. He showed up by himself and worked on hedge and started putting paper down then rock. He needed half up front to get started. The next day he came and did some work, he was to put paper down to slow down weeds. He was to power wash the house and needed his money, TRUSTING HIM we paid and he would be back Monday.
