I purchased a Thanksgiving spey package special but I worked all weekend so I wasn't able to pick it up until Monday. I talked to someone over the phone on Friday and they said everything was in stock and that if I gave them my payment information they would reserve and set aside a spey package for me. Come Monday I show up and my spey package had not been set aside and they are out of backing so I have to drive another hour out and return later in the week to pick up my reel.
