Placed an online order, two small items were currently unavailable. I was contacted quickly to ask if I would like a refund or to wait on items to come in. Excellent customer service. Will definitely be a return customer.
Business response:
Clay, sorry we were out of what you wanted. I’m guessing it was fly tying supplies, which have been very difficult at times to get a hold of. If there’s anything we can do to help you out just let us know. Happy new year!

A great experience yesterday at the store!! I just moved to Gig Harbor from out of State and the last time I fly fishes was in Colorado 8 years ago. They were extremely helpful in selecting the right gear to get me back out on the water! I highly recommend this store!!
Business response:
Steven thanks so much for letting others know about your experience at our shop. Welcome to Gig Harbor!
great selection, great staff
Great guys! Awesome customer service. They really helped me out setting up my reel and answering all my questions.
This Fly Shop is a fantastic community asset for Gig Harbor. The clinics, fly tying Thursday’s and guided trip opportunities are amazing! Blake has done a wonderful job of putting together a staff of sportsmen that are very helpful and knowledgeable.
best selection of fly fishing gear, kayaks and expertise in the Northwest! Blake and his employees are very helpful, knowledgeable and will go all out to enhance your fishing experience!
