Slumlords. Grifters. Trying to make me pay for things that were already in an advanced state of disrepair.
I recently applied for a rental property and was informed by Glynn that my dog could not be accepted due to the pet policy. While I completely understand that pet policies are at the discretion of the property, I was confused by the communication I received. Glynn mentioned that dogs under 2 years old are not allowed, but the decision letter stated that "our pet policy allows small dogs only." ***Update Feb 14th My husband and I leased a property that was eventually turned over from private ownership to Gig City Property Management. We lived just shy of 2 years at the property paying over $25,000 in rent. We were small businesses owners in the area until we moved up north.
