They are nice and friendly and have nice rentals. Although it's no pets and no smoking.
We rented from Gig City Properties for one year and, unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The biggest issue was the way we were treated as tenants. When a roommate moved out unexpectedly and I called to discuss having them removed from the lease, I was met with an extremely unprofessional and hostile response from Dale. Gig City refuses to perform inspection or maintenance of properties they manage. Tenants renting residential homes are not required to do outside maintenance of any kind to the homes. Yard work including mowing, weed eating, overgrowth removal and leaf raking/removal are not done. Neighbors who own their homes are required to live next to these unkempt properties. I've been a resident at Gig City Property for almost 3 years now and I have to say, it's been a pleasant experience. The staff is nice and any maintenance issues I've had have been resolved quickly and accurately.
