you left flowers outside in the heat, then when you send different 9nes, no greenery or babys breath,they were small arrangement and the most tacky thing is you asked for the other flowers back. going to resell them?.this would not h as ve happened if you followed directions and leave them outside. very not cool. i complain and get this? unprofessional!!!!!!!!
