I returned to have two permanent caps placed on my upper and lower molars. The upper molar was more sensitive so they stopped the procedure and asked me if I would like a pain suppressor, and I said, “Yes.” They were so gracious about stopping the procedure and giving me the time to become numb. Dr. Giesy truly cares about his patients. I got a replacement crown today. He and his staff worked very hard to make the experience as pleasant as possible. I appreciate him so much!!! We’ve seen Dr. Giesy since he started his practice. Wonderful people here! So kind and helpful! I always feel my family is in good hands.
