I am so disappointed in Giesken. I’ve been with them when they were Delta Family Clinic, roughly 5 years. I used to see Terry and then Katie Bailey, who was GREAT. Sadly, Katie left. I had an appt for a med review with Julia Cherrone on 7/13 that I canceled due to having to work. I rescheduled for 7/27 and requested 14 days of my antidepressant to get me through until my appt. I was told no. I was shocked. I’ve been on the same medication for 5 years. Totally stable. The reason? I hadn’t been seen in 90 days. That’s correct…... read more
Can't say enough about this location. Very happy
Very happy with services ive recieved. Katie has been phenomenal getting me help I needed. Elizabeth was a fantastic therapist. Im sad she left but im very happy with who Im seeing now. Even though im almost 2 hours north of the office theyre very willing to work with me. Even a billing matter was handled promptly and on a weekend at that. Props to them for communicating wonderfully! Highly recommend
My son attended for medication management and Julia was great. She seemed timid to talk to us at times but we warmed up to each other and things got better. Now the office staff and office manager is a whole other story. I do not think they are well versed in cultural competence. They really could use some diversity classes. They were not empathetic at all to our needs. At times they were very rude and condescending. I felt their answers had racial undertones and I wanted to deal with them as less as possible.
Been patient for years, but have to do a new patient visit because of new software
