My son attended for medication management and Julia was great. She seemed timid to talk to us at times but we warmed up to each other and things got better. Now the office staff and office manager is a whole other story. I do not think they are well versed in cultural competence. They really could use some diversity classes. They were not empathetic at all to our needs. At times they were very rude and condescending. I felt their answers had racial undertones and I wanted to deal with them as less as possible.
Been patient for years, but have to do a new patient visit because of new software
They do a great job making sure all our needs are meet and very fast and efficient ! Katie is amazing along with the front desk lady’s !
Not a fan, I would go to New Oakland before I went here again.
