We have one mission: to deliver great comfort food that families could enjoy together. My passion for the food industry started early, as my father Gideon would make delicious meals from scratch that consisted of an appetizer, entrée and dessert. The entire family would gather around for hours and enjoy conversation mixed with family style cooking. Gideon's is awesome! We've eaten there several times with the kids and everybody loves the food. A couple times we even ordered take out for big family gatherings and everyone raved about the bbq. One Christmas, my mother in law got a beautiful smoked salmon filet done on special order that was amazing! Definitely check out Gideon's if you're in the area!!!
