We have one mission: to deliver great comfort food that families could enjoy together. My passion for the food industry started early, as my father Gideon would make delicious meals from scratch that consisted of an appetizer, entrée and dessert. The entire family would gather around for hours and enjoy conversation mixed with family style cooking. Fantastic BBQ. Very friendly staff. Good food at a good price and we can't wait to go back.
So happy that we decided to stop in and give Gideon's a try... We visited on a snowy Sunday afternoon, so traffic was light - which gave us the opportunity to speak with the owner for quite some time. We were treated like old friends; the vast menu was explained to us in detail, and we were allowed to sample some of the homemade sauces (and a couple of smoked wings with ranch flavoring - amazing)! SOOO Good!!! I loved the pulled pork.. I had the dinner, and my boyfriend had the sandwich. He enjoyed it..A friend of ours had the wings, and said they were the best ones he's had in a long time. Seriously delicious...The owner even came over and introduced himself. That's something you never see..I will return there soon and suggest this place to all my friends..
