Have submitted 4 applications for houses to rent that have been on the market longer than a month, everytime I wouod get ahold of the owner I would pay the application fee and then not hear from them for days and then when I do they tell me the house has been sold. Have had very very little help from numerous people. At this point it kind of feels like a scam. I researched realtors in the past for a rental and was so happy I said I'd come back if I ever bought a house. Well, years later, I did! I closed and got my keys.
