Truck service I brought my truck to Gibson recently for a minor repair. While it was there all the service advisor wanted to do was sell me everything under the sun that i really did not need. I dont liked to be pressured.
Don't waste yor time or money at Gibson Truck World!!! I purchased a F250 Super Duty truck from Gibson a couple years ago, the owner came up and thanked me and shook my hand. I had nothing but problems with the truck, A/C and transmission. The service manager was no help at all when I called. I requested to speak to the owner and was told, "The owner does not speak to customers". I said he sure did when I bought the truck, but not when I have a problem with it! Would still buy another truck from them... Decent, clean trucks. Nice selection. DO NOT count on your truck to have been totally serviced as implied. tranny filter and fluid on my 07 2500 hd d-max were filthy. front cv axle was leaking when I drove it off the lot, when I took it to the Chevy dealer to get the cv axle seal changed(under factory warranty) they showed me both diff fluids and they were black. A RARE DEALER, IN THIS ECONOMY! In the state of Florida, the DMV does NOT require yearly mechanical fitness inspections.
