The water hasnt been hot in 5 months now! And all management can say is they dont know when the water will be hot again, the water is ice cold freezing! And nothing is being done for the tenants to excuse this unfortunate matter not even a decrease in rent, its messed up truly and is a horrible experience to not be able to shower in your home. Id be less upset if there was some sympathy shown for the tenants suffering from this matter and did something about it immediately!
Initially i really wanted to move here because it’s my first apartment and my mom also lives here. The manager his self told me that if i can turn in 2 documents then i could move in on the 1st of febuary. I was so excited about it so you know i turned in my documents before the first and when i called, the assistant told me they gave my apartment away to someone and that i would have to wait again! Im very upset about it because the manager himself made a promise to me and they went and gave away the apartment even though i... read more
