This is the 4th time we have had problems with them. Our AC has been fading in and out and worked on 3 times under warranty and ALL times the Compressor goes bad! Now we have the Cataltic Concertor that hs went bad! It was replaec all being the cost of 1300! Now it has been with the shop for 3 full weeks and they have not gotten the part to replace the left side. Excellent experience!!! They really seem to want to do the right job for the least amount of money. They also dont make women feel stupid!!
