Been a patient here for almost 9 years I’ve seen a wonderful change since they became affiliated with UNC ..my experiences have been very positive with Jordan Christiansen ...the wait times are appropriate and follow up ..
The office staff and nurses have always been pleasant and polite: in person and over the phone. If you like MD’s/NP’s to be short and fast, this is your place. Many folks like for their caregivers to be impersonal and quick. These MD’s/NP’s are out the door, sometimes when you’re mid sentence. No worries about them looking at you when you speak because they’re typing. They also will never need to know about your personal or professional life.
The office staff is unlike any I have ever encountered. The level of disrespect and lack of caring is unbelievable. If you're looking for a caring, compassionate office, look elsewhere.
