I was abroad and when I came home my water heater was not working-/ giving me a danger sign of dangerous flammable materials near the heater??? The Robert Gibb & Sons company has provided us with friendly, reliable and resonably priced service for years. However, they were at their very best when our furnace died last week. In spite of a broken part that needed to be specially ordered, they were able to fix the problem within 2 days! Great company!
Vincent came out today and did a great job. He was honest, clean and quick. We will definitely use Robert Gibb and Sons again!
Austin replaced the sewer lines inside my basement. This was a really dirty job, but when he was done, he cleaned everything up so that I couldn't even tell anything had been done. He also took the time to show me how to close my sewer line off from the street. Mike (from the office) scheduled this job for me in a timely manner and followed up promptly. I would give them five stars.
Mike from Plumbing was able to come over to the house right away to analyze the problem. He lined up a great plumber and carpenter who were able to install a shower from an existing tub set-up. So pleased by the way it turned out in a timely manner. The new shower door is next on the list when it comes in. Good job Mike and Company!!
