Bob, the tech who came out was extremely pleasant and explained to me what was wrong with my furnace. It took him very little time to repair it which was nice as it was cold out. The woman who took my phone call was very receptive and reassured me that someone would be out on that day with a preceding phone call. When the heat is out and it is subzero, it is very nice to be treated well even though the people who are helping the customer are probably under stress due to high call volume.
