My son & I stopped here in hopes of getting a room for the night before skiing the next day. We had tried to call ahead, but nobody answered the phone. I ended up making a back up reservation in Big Bear, but wanted to stay in RS since we were skiing at Snow Valley. I asked for a cheap room and, since their cheapest room wasn't available, the owner gave me a discount on a room that was available. Room was clean, warm & quiet! We'll be back!
Spent Christmas 2016 here with family. Loved it! We booked the two largest cabins for our extended family. Very clean and comfortable. We have small grandchildren - the extensive property around this Lodge was just what we were looking for. Little kids have plenty of room to play in the snow on their property. The big resorts have no space for little kids to build a snowman - this play has lots of open land. The largest cabin is great for a family with little kids...safe loft for sleeping.
I loved this place - The room was spacious and clean - I would highly recommend this place to anybody!
First time to the Rim and just selected this lodge from the internet. The people were friendly. The room was very clean and had hand painted walls, fireplace and jacuzzi tub. They have an indoor pool and spa which is not attached to the rooms. You do have to walk outside to get there. We did not use but it was warm and clean. The room was very cold when we got there and took a while to warm up, so if you go in cooler weather have them turn the fireplace on about an hour before you are scheduled to arrive. Great stay with a great location!
The lodge was nice and very close to Snow Valley. Having Rocky's Restaurant right next door was a plus for the Lodge. They make the best Sub Sandwiches!
We could not have stumbled accross a better place.. I have been coming up this mountain since I was in diapers and always thought it was close to heaven.. This place just made it a little closer.. Thanks..

Had a friend from out of town stay, sad the bed was SUPER comfy, I saw the room, it was beautiful, clean, and great price.
