So today me and Brandon Harrison were searching for a small piece of carpet for a project. We stopped at Giant Floor to see if they can help. We met Mark, who was so helpful and kind, and ended up walking out with five times the amount of carpet we needed of NO CHARGE. We were amazed considering a different carpet store told us it would be $50 for the small piece we were looking for. One if the worst places to work ? They rip there installers off an then fire them when they complain about it ? All good installers are gone bc the new owner dint appreciate quality work just want oeople they can pay what they want not the rate worked there about 10 yrs an got fired bc my check was short an the new owner said im not giving him enough respect !! Lol respect is earned roman an you didnt earn it !!
Materio Family Contracting won't go anywhere else for our flooring and tile! Kevin and Roman are supreme professionals. They are experts and will never gauge a customer, the lowest prices I've ever seen.
Not happy right now with them. Ordered a rug, runner and carpet treads for stairs. Carpet and treads were correct size but runner was an inch short. Now an inch wouldn't have mattered except it was to cover the part of the hall that has cheater boards not hardwood. Now it's going to be pieced which I did not want and got attitude from the woman who does the binding. Didn't have for the holidays.....now if the seams come apart in a few years I'm going to have to spend more money to replace it. And since it was a special order... read more
If you need carpets go here! They have the best customer service ever! I measured my rooms wrong and they recut my carpet and bound it for free. I've bought carpets twice from the to fill two houses. Can't beat the price or service!
Had carpet installed in three bedrooms and within two years they needed to be restretched. Called them and no one ever called me back like they said they would.
