RecommendedGiant Floor re did all of my floors in my office with LVT. That stands for Luxury Vinyl Tile. It looks absolutely amazing. We get so many compliments!!!
Currently had carpet installed- sloppy, awful work. Carpet NOT stretched correctly! Cut & sliced & left that way. Carpet cut with padding exposed on the stairs. I can go on & on! I have pictures to prove it! Horrible horrible! Totally unprofessional!!

Pete personally measured our place out, met us at the Scranton store, and had everything already picked out for us based on our needs for an ideal price. Then, through our own fault, we accidentally damaged an area of carpet. I called on a Thursday evening at 7:00 asking if we could get a quick repair, as we were having guests Saturday. Pete had a very professional installer there that Friday morning. Who does that? Giant Floor!
We can't say enough about Giant in Plains. Karen and I believe her name is Margaret were amazing. Thank you for helping us and making us feel welcome. We will be back.
Wish I went elsewhere. Carpets were installed in June and still waiting for one metal strip to be installed. Didn't complain about marks put in freshly painted walls. Guy they sent to install strip was late, didn't have right tools and rude. Second trip didn't want to install it had every excuse, threw him out of house. Called to complain and ended up with a nasty attitude from owner. I will not go here again or recommend them.
Giant sent us the best contractors to place ceramic tile on our kitchen floor.We have had many contractors doing different jobs in our house but none where as professional as Tim and Jeremy.These two men did such a beautiful JOB and they where so polite and kind and mannerly as well as very professional.Jerry and I felt like they where family.If you need tile you now know where to go.
We had Mitch and Ed out to install laminate flooring in an upstairs bedroom. Beautiful job and they even cleaned up after themselves. I'm super impressed and will definitely be using Giant Floor again.
