Plus the fuel perks are the best
The Land O Lakes American cheese at the grab and go at the deli is never actually Land o Lakes cheese, yet marked and priced as so!!! Third time !!
Rude young man in the meat department. At 8am this morning I asked about chuck roast on sale. Said butcher didn't start till 7. Ok. Got rest of my groceries went back around an hour later and asked again if he could help me. Said waiting for chuck roast. He went to butcher and just shrugged shoulders n laughed. Will never ever step inside that store again. I work retail and I would have been reprimanded if I treated a customer like that.
Store is too big, hard to find things I need. Produce is not up to my standards.
This is the closest store to my house and I won't return. It's crowded with the rudest people!!! Employees look like they are drugged and make no eye contact. I visited the store on multiple occasions thinking it would be better. This last trip was the WORST! Is it too hard for the cashier to hello or thank you for bagging!! I'm done! My advice.... There's a much nicer Giant Eagle in Brideville or just go to Shop N Save.
Came in today to put up my prescription only and while getting into my car I noticed a giant eagle employee coming over to me and my son. He came over and thanks me for being a giant eagle customer and gave my little guy a baby pumpkin needless to say he made my little guys day� thank you!
I dont know what the issue is with GE lately but I've been getting the worst service. Tell your cashier Gwen she can keep her unwarranted attitude. When you work in customer service you should be professional no matter what kind of day you're having I don't need to see your eyes roll 4x during my transaction especially when my demeanor is pleasant towards you.
