Great experience, purchased my first brand new performance road bike. I went to multiple shops in Adelaide and Giant Adelaide was the only one that gave me attention and helped me pick the correct bike! Quick turnaround and excellent service from Tom. I highly recommend this place for a purchase, I haven’t use the workshop yet but seems very organised and well priced! Great job guys.

Was in Town for TDU from Qld Had a few issues with my bike. Called in to the shop on the spur of the moment. Served straight away and when the issue got difficult the staff serving me got the mechanic. He found my issue straight away. Unfortunately wasn’t in town long enough for them to get the parts. Both staff were helpful and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Thanks Giant Adelaide.
Great bike shop! I flew in for the TDU and my bike had been thrown around by the airline! I took my bike into the store and everyone was super helpful, bike was fixed within a couple of hours and the team were so friendly! The store has recently moved location and the new store is fantastic! Thank you for getting me and my bike back out on the road so I could enjoy the Adelaide hills!!
