I have been feeling sick for over 2 months, I tried to be seen last week and there was traffic and an accident so the canceled me and i went to urgent care. I broke out in Hives head to toe from the antibiotic, stopped it and rescheduled an appointment for today. I was 9 minutes late, although their policy is 10’minutes refused me care. I had such a positive experience with this nurse practitioner! She was incredibly kind, attentive, and really took the time to listen to all of my concerns. I felt heard and understood, and she made sure I was comfortable. She did all the right things and went above and beyond to provide excellent care. I left the appointment feeling confident and well taken care of. I truly appreciate her professionalism and compassion—highly recommend!
