We purchased a home at the end of 2015 and moved in around March of 2016. From the day after the sale we had issues. Stuff not getting repaired correctly or contractors not making it on time. Recently we had a wind storm in our area that cause a piece of roof flashing to come off. This has happened twice in the past. This specific piece was repaired by them once already and they claim that they cannot help us due to our “1 year” being up.
