Bought a modular from G&I 11 years ago and we have been very happy with it.
Stopped in to explore my options and Treavor one of the sales people there was very helpful. I would recommend him highly.
Very friendly and accommodating staff. They were helpful when looking for a new home and picking out what we needed.
We got a home the end of 2017. I love my new home. We had cracks in the wall's and stuff due to transport and they came and fixed them with out an issue. The man that came was great. He talked with my kids and didn't get annoyed with them being "up his butt". He did amazing communication. If he wasn't able to make it out he called in advanced and called in advance before he came. If he was running late he let us know. Would recommend the members at the brewerton location. Very friendly and professional. Thanks Brewerton G&I.
