I only gave 1 star because 0 wasn't available. I am extremely disappointed with the way this practice has handled my daughter’s care. She was referred by her pediatrician due to ongoing episodes of vomiting since last year, which have caused her to miss a significant amount of school. While I completely understand policies and procedures, it is unacceptable to be penalized for needing to reschedule—especially when my child was either still sick with fevers and the flu or had important school commitments I was previously unaw... read more
Dr. Mehta was amazing and took his time explaining everything about my condition and treatment. He truly cares about his patients and if I could give him more than 5 stars i definitely would. He’s the best doctor i’ve ever seen so far !
My doctor was very knowledgeable and put me at ease and gave me a time line and options for treatment. I feel like I'm left understanding everything she said. My prescriptions were sent over quickly and I got them the same day for my son. I will be returning to continue my son's treatment. The woman at the front desk was very friendly.
Dr. Sherrod -- 10 STARS; her nurse Rubi, 10 STARS. Front office staff and infusion staff at both the Lawrenceville and the Atlanta offices 10 STARS! The answering service : BIG FAT ZER0!!! The answering service is NOT part of the GI Care staff (this might explain it), but so far, they are ICKKKK😒!!!!
