So I went there last year with my daughter. They diagnosed her with IBS. They wanted to do tests to see if she could take a medication which does not work. The medication itself is for depression but it's supposed to help with IBS. As an IBS sufferer myself. I have taken similar medication and it is not work. I declined the test. This Place and staff are the worst, my daughter is aging out of peds. and so we started looking for an adult doctor. The doctor here wanted to change meds because her levels are getting too low at the end of four week treatments so we agreed then she proscribed a medication that is not peds aproved and at this time the doctor canceled hey last injection of the med she was going to stop.We started the prosess of finding an adult doctor which will take weeks(im thinking at this time) so we call the doctor at GI Care for kids a... read more
Most unpleasant woman answering the phones. The experience with her alone is enough to make me seek help elsewhere. If that's the level of service of the office staff, I'd hate to have to with them on a regular basis.
I only gave 1 star because 0 wasn't available. I am extremely disappointed with the way this practice has handled my daughter’s care. She was referred by her pediatrician due to ongoing episodes of vomiting since last year, which have caused her to miss a significant amount of school. While I completely understand policies and procedures, it is unacceptable to be penalized for needing to reschedule—especially when my child was either still sick with fevers and the flu or had important school commitments I was previously unaw... read more
Dr. Mehta was amazing and took his time explaining everything about my condition and treatment. He truly cares about his patients and if I could give him more than 5 stars i definitely would. He’s the best doctor i’ve ever seen so far !
