For a company as large as GI Associates, there’s a lot they could improve on. I was scheduled for an appointment at 3:00 “at the Franklin office” but asked to be there at 2:30 for paperwork. I walk in to the “Franklin office” at 2:30… to be greeted by a locked door and dark office. Confused, I look and see there there are TWO Franklin offices.
