Terrible apartment community and terrible management company. If you have a serious problem that affects your ability to live comfortably, they simply will not care. They will ignore you instead of properly addressing the issue. The leasing office and the management office do not respond to messages, do not provide clear updates, and do not seem to care about residents’ problems. If your last recent “5 star” review are years old, that should say enough. This management company is the worst and the reviews can back it up. Management can write their AI responses back but it still doesn’t fix the constant problems GHP Managenent Corporation has at their buildings due to the lack of care, lack of maintenance and lack of communication.
The new leasing manager here along with the girls in the office are poorly trained and never communicate to each other or to the maintenance staff. Was told on the 13th my bathtub would be reglazed and that I would only need to leave the unit for 2/3 hours. To calling today and getting the manager stating there wasn’t anything scheduled today on top I would have to vacate for 4/5 hours on top of not using that said shower for 3/4 days after. I am living in Lorenzo apartment from last more than a year and my lease ends this month, however due to change of plan I need to stay for more time and i want to extend the lease but when i talk to resident services they only have option of renewal for at least 1 year, but i need to extend only till January. Another option is month to month but i have to pay 10% increase of my rent . I am already paying huge amount for rent .
