Our transition from our former management company to Ghertner was not the easiest, but our manager has been professional in all aspects (even before Ghertner officially assumed the management role). Her professional attitude in dealing with our homeowners is unparalleled.
Ghertner stands above other management companies that I have worked with in the past. The people that I come into contact with are always professional and helpful. I think that the workshops, presentations and events that have been put on lately have been first rate.
Ghertner & Company’s homeowner service center is a big plus, as homeowner know that they can talk to someone during business hours.
Our property manager is always well prepared, listens to our board, and gives sound advice.
I think our manager knows more about our community than anyone on our board. He's a great asset!
