Ghertner fails to ensure professionalism on behalf of their property managers. Ghertner’s manager engages in condescending behavior, inconsistent attempts to enforce Rules, incorrect interpretation of the same regulations and at times has attempted to intimidate homeowners by initiating numerous drive-bys in front of residences. We have been with Ghertner for a very long time and our manager has by far been the BEST Property manager we have had. Her level of care, concern and knowledge for our association is outstanding! She always makes time for the Board and home owners!!!
My family and I lived at West Park for about 5 years and recently moved out of state. Our manager was both helpful and efficient in answering questions and resolving any concerns.
