Through the years I have been associated with Ghertner, we have always been very satisfied with your company. I have even recommended Ghertner to homeowners in other subdivisions/communities.
I feel that Ghertner & Company’s communication is excellent - your level of service is great.
When we were interviewing management companies, we felt that Ghertner & Company's website was exceptional and would improve the Association's operational efficiency. This has turned out to be true. Now, Board members and homeowners have access to information almost instantly, which results in very efficient handling of homeowner account anomalies and other issues.
We are very satisfied and are looking forward to continuing to work together with Ghertner & Company in the future.
Ghertner’s property representative behaves poorly on the job, fails to answer questions and leaves much to be desired. Many negative comments were made concerning the manager’s lack of professionalism and inability to so much as return phone calls.
Ghertner has had many complaints about them in our neighborhood - and each time they fail to listen or reply in a meaningful and professional manner. We would not recommend them.
