If we could give negative stars we would. My dad took his Cadillac in over a month ago to replace his doors. He was told it would be later that week. There was no communication for days. Do not bring your car here. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. They don’t have the staff or customer service skills needed. My car sat there for 2.5 days, they shared they didn’t know “how this happened but nobody had even looked at my car yet after 27 hours and many calls on my part trying to get an update. Purchased a Cadillac LYRIQ a few months ago and was happy with the process at the time. Two things were agreed upon at the time of the sale. Michael Foster was the salesman. He explained that I would receive either a rebate for a portion of the cost of an electric charger installation in my garage, or a two year charging pass from EVgo. If I could give them zero stars I would. I live in Greeley and take my car to Wyoming for service. They are ridiculous. Conversely, Holladay Cadillac in Cheyenne WY has a world class service center. It might come in handy for you if you own a Cadillac that ever needs serviced and you happen to live in Northern Colorado.
