G&H is a great company. Dave is great to work with and they have a short turnaround in getting your equipment back to you. They keep you informed of findings snd cost as soon as they diagnose the issues
Inquired about an item on their website; did not receive a response. Called their phone and spoke with someone in sales. Turns out Parts and Services handle product ordering, so I was transferred where I was met with a voicemail. Left my contact info and never got a response. Ended up just buying the item elsewhere. Doesn't seem like customer sales are high on their priorities
2026 - again great service for my John Deere tractor, I want to thank the driver who was able to fix the ignition problem on site instead of taking it in saving me both time and money! I really appreciate it! 2025 - thank you to Rob and his team for getting my zero radius back together and running ! Rob is outstanding - service quality is outstanding ! Thank you G&H !
Needed a good lawn tractor because my father refuses to operate a zero turn. G&H was able to setup my X350, pickup was flawless. Very Happy.
They did good work on my tractor at a fair price. The problem is every time I have tried to do business there since, no one ever answers the parts and service lines, nor do they return your phone messages. I even called about a $6000 Inverted snowblower and the guy I spoke with never returned my call with the price. If they could just improve their customer service like answering the phone and returning messages, I would give them five stars. G&H Don’t make it so hard for us to do business with you!
