Went in there for a little rubber vacuum hose for a John Deere tractor they knew nothing about or never seen it's a very common part on a very common tractor they had to order it wait a week for it to come in it's a little tiny 2-in rubber hose they want $8 for and they made me wait at the counter for like 15 minutes before they could help me while it's like a ghost town in there so I said I'm just going to order it off Amazon for $3 overnight it to my house and that's it I walked out won't go there again Stick with Amazon p... read more

Mad delivery in 20 minutes
After having the brand new JD tractor for only 2 weeks it poured oil from the bottom of the motor all over my driveway. Called them and they picked it up a couple of days later. It only had 1.8 hours on it. They had the tractor for a month and when I finally got hold of the service dept. they promised me two times it would be ready that afternoon. Never got a call once.
