I would recommend not working with this contractor as they do not pay their bills. An employee of the company asked us to do service work in a building in 2024 and has not yet paid for it or are going to pay for it. We as a business do not render services without someone requesting it so for GGC to say they are not responsible for it is unprofessional when I have a contact person from their company who requested it.
