I requested a simple trim of a few branches, but the crew ended up cutting the tree excessively — leaving it uneven and unattractive. The owner initially said he would fix the issue, but I haven’t heard back since. The tree now looks lopsided and completely different from what I asked for. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be using this company again.
