This company did a good job listening to my preferences and even suggested mounting the outdoor unit off the ground, which I like. I asked for the interior unit to be centered along the wall but it ended up about 2 inches to the right of center without explanation. Service was fast and quite a bit less expensive than the competitors I researched. Unit cools and heats very well for my small space.

We had some difficulties with our HVAC since it was installed by another service provider. I called G&G for essentially a second opinion on the state of our HVAC system. G&G technician was thorough and shared extensive experience to help me confirm that our system is installed competently. I appreciated the professionalism to provide a confirmation without any sales pitch.

Leo, the technician, arrived on time and explained every step of the process. His professionalism really stood out, he made sure we understood the installation, and even gave us tips on how to keep the system running efficiently. I got estimates from 3 other companies, two of which was utterly ridiculous to install a 1.5 ton unit on the roof of a two story condo. A crane was out of the question for a few reasons. I couldn't believe all three just left me hanging and never got back to me as they were trying to figure out a way to do the lift. I then made a post on Nextdoor for suggestions and someone from G&G Indoor Air contacted me and said they could do a lot better.
