This company did a good job listening to my preferences and even suggested mounting the outdoor unit off the ground, which I like. I asked for the interior unit to be centered along the wall but it ended up about 2 inches to the right of center without explanation. Service was fast and quite a bit less expensive than the competitors I researched. Unit cools and heats very well for my small space.

Leo, the technician, arrived on time and explained every step of the process. His professionalism really stood out, he made sure we understood the installation, and even gave us tips on how to keep the system running efficiently. The new unit is quiet, powerful, and our home has never felt more comfortable.

Leo from G&G Indoor Air Services did an amazing job with our dryer vent cleaning. We’ve had trouble with clothes taking forever to dry, and he found that the vent was almost completely blocked. After he cleaned it, it was like having a brand-new dryer! Leo even checked our HVAC system to make sure everything was working properly. He was so detailed and professional, I won’t hesitate to call them again.

One morning, we found ourselves without any heat. My spouse contacted the business that had installed our heating and cooling equipment years ago. I thought, "I wonder how quickly they can send someone out on such a chilly day. " To my surprise, they were able to send a technician that very same day. I highly recommend G&G Indoor Air Services! They just installed a new HVAC system in my house, and the whole process was seamless. From the start, they were super responsive and helped me choose the right system for my budget and space. The installation team was respectful of my home, and they even cleaned up before they left. The new system works perfectly, and I’m already noticing lower energy bills, which is a nice bonus! Great service, great people – I couldn’t be happier with the results.
