This company did a good job listening to my preferences and even suggested mounting the outdoor unit off the ground, which I like. I asked for the interior unit to be centered along the wall but it ended up about 2 inches to the right of center without explanation. Service was fast and quite a bit less expensive than the competitors I researched. Unit cools and heats very well for my small space.

My heat pump system, which is just three years old and was set up by a different provider, has caused me continuous issues. It was difficult to find someone for repairs. This company has truly been a lifeline! They arrived promptly and identified the issue on the first visit. It was a pleasant experience working with this company. My air conditioning stopped working. They were able to send a technician on the same day. Leo was our technician. He was quick to diagnose the problem, he explained everything and was patient to answer all our questions. Our AC was fixed on the same day. Their customer service is really great! We were very satisfied.
