These people are terrible. They have zero ethics and zero follow up. They fleece you on pricing and terms. Do yourself a favor, check the retail price of any copier you lease from them before you sign a contract. Their sales people are your best friend right up until you sign a contract and then they disappear. We had a five year lease with them and we re-newed they failed to forward our proof of insurance to the insurance company so we got overcharged for insurance. Since we discovered that most of the GFI managed printers were communicating an insecure version of SMB v1 and the printers require a firmware update, it has been like pulling teeth to get the updates and they are simply telling us that some of them can't be updated and that they are not going to do anything to replace them with fully functional units unless we re negotiate? Thats a great way to lose a customer.
