had our titan truck for over 2 months for a transmission haven't even looked at it or worked on it. worse service ever! they don't call with updates if you call them they are rude. they out right lied to us that they ordered the transmission. there nice when you buy a vehicle from them but good luck getting your repairs done.
The people I spoke to were very friendly and helpful. I have been coming to Gezon ever since I’ve had Volkswagens Beetles - 3 of them -yellow, green & beautiful blue for 21 years. I have always had great service. I was a bit surprised yesterday as I brought my blue bug in at 9am and didn’t get to pick it up until 5 pm- when you close. Fortunately I still made my meeting.
I brought my vw in for low tire pressure because I was unable to twist the valve stem caps off myself to put air in my tires. the stem caps felt like they were over tighthened and it felt like the caps were forged to the valve stem. this was on all four caps. the gezon vw service department was the last to touch my vehicle when I got the tires rotated and balanced a few months ago. instead of owning up to the mistake they did by over tightening the stem caps they blamed me for not using rubber caps. Very friendly staff and fast service.
I picked up my car from service no one went over what my car report and what I might need just took my money! Went home to read the paperwork and I found a couple areas of con CERN but no one discussed anything with me!

I’m from out of state and unexpectedly needed work done on my car. Even though they were fully booked for repair services for the next two weeks they made they time to fix my problem do u could make the trip back home. Thank You Gezon!!!!
They could fix the door when they said they did. Instead once the car arrived at home we found it was not fixed and we had to drive all the way back there. Very dissapointed with this place
